About the Coffee
About the Coffee:
Introducing coffee from the Bela Época farm in the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil. This beautiful 250-hectare farm has been in the hands of coffee farmers for three generations, cultivating coffee here for over 80 years. What makes this farm unique is its large-scale production of organic coffee – more than 60% of their total output is certified organic. The current farm manager, Luis Claudio Cunha, emphasizes high coffee quality and collaborates with the Brazilian agronomic institute IAC and its coffee specialization center. Bela Época is even a model farm for this institute. Through this collaboration, the farm has over 150 coffee tree varieties, focusing on continuous improvement in coffee quality through crossbreeding.
