This 100% Arabica from the Mount Elgon region stands out for its fresh and fruity character, which is especially pronounced in alternative brewing methods. The flavour combines juicy notes of apple, the gentle sweetness of raspberry yoghurt, and a smooth marzipan finish. The aroma is pleasantly sweet, with hints of apple and almond marzipan, while the lively fruity acidity gives the coffee energy and clarity. The medium body feels balanced and allows the complex flavour profile to stand out. The coffee comes from producer TCG Butawa, where it is grown at an altitude of 1,600–1,800 m a.s.l. and processed using the washed method from SL 14, SL 28, and Nyasaland varieties.
