Since the founding of mamacoffee, we have focused on the excellent quality of specialty coffee and direct collaboration with coffee farmers around the world. To bring you a taste of the diversity of flavors and stories, we have prepared a tasting set of coffees from Brazil and Nicaragua. This set is now complemented by one coffee that, although not part of our project, impressed us with its organic quality and unique flavor profile.

For the espresso you will enjoy coffee from Brasil from the Bela Época farm, which we have visited several times in the past. The coffee will delight you with its sweet, full flavor of cocoa and prunes. It is best prepared in a home espresso coffee machine or a moka pot.

Filter coffee fans will appreciate the coffee from farmers Norlan and Uriel from Nicaragua. This anaerobic natural coffee stands out with its intense and complex flavors of rum, nougat, mango and fermented pear, making it a perfect match for any filter preparation.

The last coffee on the menu will be the Nicaragua Women's Project, processed naturally. It is suitable for espresso and alternative preparations. It stands out for its fresh acidity and flavours of milk chocolate, star anise and red apples.
