Lalibela coffee comes from the Aleta Wondo area in the south-central Ethiopian highlands at elevations of 1700–2500 meters above sea level. In the cup, it offers a rich citrus aroma, delicate spicy notes, and a pronounced, lively acidity that highlights its complex flavor profile.
